Return Authorization: Once your request is processed, you will receive an email containing the return authorization, the return address, and if necessary, a prepaid return label.

Packaging: Place the item back in its original packaging, making sure to include all accessories and related documentation.

Shipping: Drop off the package at the carrier's collection point or schedule a pickup, according to the provided instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products: Return shipping costs are covered by Marcherelle.

Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when the product has no defect and the reason for return is a simple change of mind.

Refund Conditions

Product Condition: Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Processing Time: Once the package is received and verified, the refund will be made within 7 business days.

Refund Method: We will credit the amount via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt if you notice any damage or defect.

Proofs: Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

Resolution: We will analyze the situation and cover the return costs if necessary, then proceed with replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped.

If the order is already being delivered, you will need to return it after receipt to obtain a refund.
